What time do we deliver?
We provide delivery service from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm in accordance with slots timing. We are giving hourly/same day delivery.

How can you make payments at Gowisekart?
Gowisekart accepts multiple modes of payment. You can pay using your debit, credit card, through net banking, UPI and wallets. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on gowisekart?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on gowisekart. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer


What if I have a complaint regarding my order?
You can register a complaint via Gowisekart app. Any complaint/queries will be responded by our customer service executive within 24 hours. We also welcome your feedback.
Do you provide replacement?

Yes, Gowisekart is committed towards quality of products. Customer can raise query about the genuine quality  issue through contact us.

Do you Provide return/refunds ?

Gowisekart has a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

How do I raise query 

Users can raise queries from app/site via Contact Us. Our team will revert to resolve the issue at the earliest.
